Nicki is encouraging, friendly and always smiling, she’s very knowledgable and happy to answer questions about the theory behind the exercises too, which I love. She really does get the best out of you, whatever level you’re at. She is very good at understanding your body and listens to your individual needs, always happy to work with you to adapt exercises to suit. I’ve attended the strength & fitness and boot camp sessions and have been welcomed at both with friendly smiles and encouragement. Like many I have busy family life and with 2 small children, my exercise sessions are a brief time to focus on myself and I always look forward to them. 

Over the past 3 years my body has changed a lot - I’ve had 2 wonderful children. Nicki has helped me gain my confidence back in the gym, and also in my body. Her classes and 1:1 sessions are fun, energetic, always different, and offer a range of weights, cardio and hiitt elements - great for everyone. Not only that, nicki is such a wonderful person, kind and friendly - which makes sessions much more enjoyable. She pushes you to achieve goals that would seem unrealistic to strat with, but with her energy and determination - anything is achievable. I absolutely love going to boot camp and have been going for several years now. Each session is different, the variety is brilliant which keeps me interested.. you never know what you will be doing! My fitness and strength have improved with out it feeling like a chore! Nicki is so friendly and encouraging even if you haven’t done exercise at all or for a long time, or want to improve your fitness she is always on hand to help and guide you. Everyone I’ve met at boot camp is friendly and enjoys the sessions just like I do. If you’re thinking of going to boot camp go for it and see you there! 

NProve fitness is a friendly, non- judgemental & very supportive fitness group. There are no ego’s and no pressure. We all support each other. You work as hard or as comfortable as you need to. NProve has been consistent throughout covid, as on line classes were available. I think this shows amazing commitment to the community and customers who attend. Very professional and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone wishing to embark on a fitness journey. I love the group and look forward to seeing my fitness family every week 

I have been attending Nicki’s classes for well over a year now and have seen a real improvement in my health and fitness. Her classes are different each week and she always provides easier or harder versions of the exercises. Nicki encourages you throughout the class and offers support whenever needed. She is also on hand for any questions you may have. Nicki is also excellent on providing advice on injuries and adapting exercises during the class. I would really recommend Nicki’s classes to anyone from a complete beginner or to someone who wants a challenge - she caters for all abilities 

Nicki’s sessions are fantastic. Previously being daunted by ‘bootcamps’ i quickly realised there is nothing to worry about, and they now pay a big part of my life/routine for mental, social and fitness well being. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, there is no pressure, everyone works to their own ability and adaptations are given to exercises. I love the variety Nicki gives to the sessions, each is different, always fun and rewarding. Nicki makes everyone feel comfortable and is very approachable if there are any queries / concerns or worries about anything. Highly recommend. 

The sessions which Nicki runs are really well structured and offer variety every week. I never know each week what we will be doing! These sessions have been great to support me on my pre and post natal journey and the exercises have always been adapted for me! As well as going to exercise one of the main reasons I go is for my mental well-being. The group of people who attend are really friendly and you quickly build up friendships with the others who go. I’d recommend the sessions offered by NProve to everyone no matter where you are in your fitness journey.

I have been attending bootcamp for quite awhile now, I find myself looking forward to Tuesday evenings! Nicki has always been very friendly and definitely knows how to push you along when she sees the potential to push you further. She is very encouraging and always comes up with new ideas each week, no week is ever the same. I would highly recommend nicki and her bootcamp sessions it doesn’t matter what your ability is she always has an alternative option and always caters for anyone, 5 ⭐️ from me, thanks nicki! 

I’ve been using You tube fitness PTs since lockdown which is great but it doesn’t replace being out with a real group of like-minded people. Having a laugh, pushing each other on, and Nicki,s great motivation is what I need. Her classes are great fun, she always mixes it up every session so it’s never boring. She’s got loads of energy, she brings good music and equipment. I would recommend people to have a go. 

I started going to bootcamps not really knowing what to expect and quite nervous as I wasn't very fit, the only exercise I did was walking and occasional swimming. I've really noticed my fitness and strength improve over the last couple of years. It is such a friendly, welcoming group which is great for keeping me motivated and you can work at your own pace and level. It's much better than going to the gym! 

The sessions are varied, you don’t get a chance to get bored! You are not pushed but instead encouraged to try new exercises, increase weights etc. You are in a environment with other who also want to work out and improve. The groups are always friendly and welcome new attendees whether it’s bootcamp on a Sunday morning or a strengthen and conditioning class. The strengthen and conditioning classes are really beneficial and over the weeks/months the weights have increased and this something I would not have done in a gym! 

Nicki's bootcamps are suitable for any age. Being a bit older I was nervous I wouldn't be able to keep up. I needn't have worried. Nicki encourages, motivates & makes the sessions fun & I leave with that feel good factor! My strength & physical fitness has improved & have tried things I didn't think I was capable of. I highly recommend, you will be given a warm welcome by Nicki & all the bootcampers. Jan 

Nicki’s bootcamps are amazing. They are all inclusive and everyone is made to feel welcome. I love how Nicki celebrates everyone’s achievements. Sessions are varied and change every week meaning that they are always fun and challenging. Getting back into fitness after having children was really tough but Nicki has made exercising something I look forward to every week 

Nicki is fantastic, really encouraging and motivating. She will give alternative exercises if you have any injury, pregnancy or getting over a minor illness. The Sunday boot camps are friendly and I am happy to attend alone if my friend can't make it. Would definitely recommend for improving fitness, strength and your mental health. 

Since attending Nicki’s sessions I have much better core strength. This has helped me improve my running both in speed and perhaps more importantly having less injuries - much more than I expected! Nicki is great at encouraging you to believe that you can do it but also supporting you to go at your own pace - sessions are fun! 

I really enjoy all the session as they are always varied with different activities, Nicki is very supportive towards helping getting technics right so you know your doing it correctly. Since doing these classes I feel fitter and stronger which helps in feeling better and positive about yourself  

Having intended Nicki’s classes for a couple of years now I would he lost without them. My overall health and well-being has improved so much. Nicki is so encouraging and her classes are friendly with no pressure to perform at a particular level. I cannot recommend Nicki’s and her classes enough. 

The sessions have been a perfect way for me to get back into exercise, working on my strength and general fitness in a friendly and welcoming environment.
