This is not another diet plan that promises quick results, it's not another exercise plan that'll have you jumping around in your living room. This is an evidence and research backed coaching programme, led by a Certified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, where your long-term health and wellbeing is the number 1 priority.

BEFREE 1-2-1 is our Premium Coaching offer providing a truly personalised and individualised approach. Spaces extremely limited due to the level of support provided.
The FREEDOM Club is our follow-on club that enables you to stay past your initial coaching programme. It provides the time, support and accountabilty to turn your newly created lifestyle changes into habits, to overcome barriers and obstacles that occur throughout the year and create bullet proof stratergies to naviagte them.

This hybrid coaching programme brings together the individualised support of personalised targets and guidance with the accountability and motivation of a likeminded group around you. You will get all the direction, guidance and support needed to make the changes needed to reach your goals whilst learning all the tools to keep you on track for years to come.

BEFREE 1-2-1
This PREMIUM coaching offer provides a high level of personalisation and individual support. The perfect option for you if you prefer a more private coaching journey, require greater help with implementing change or want an extra layer of accountability and support to how you account to your actions and goals.
1-2-1 coaching can support you with the majority of health related goals, including fat loss and fitness improvements, as well as the mental achievements of improved confidence, better body image and overcoming emotional eating behaviours.
What's included:
Initial consultation call to talk through goals and create a action plan
Bi-weekly check-ins with your coach for accountability, programme adjustments and questions (either in written form, voice note, or video)
Direct messaging support available for urgent questions and support
Workout plans customised to suit personal injuries and goals

HOW TO JOIN BEFREE 1-2-1 COACHING?
Spaces for this premium level of coaching are very limited. Please complete an application form to submit your interest and then Coach Nicki will be in touch to ensure that together you are a good fit together based on your goals and her experience and expertise.
1-2-1 coaching is completed in 8 week cycles, with many clients choosing to continue with support for multiple cycles to achieve the long term goals they seek.

The FREEDOM CLUB
The FREEDOM Club is the place be if you want on-going accountability, help and support achieving and then maintaining your goals long term.
The Club is only open to previous BEFREE (and nVision & nHance) coaching clients.
Within the community you'll have likeminded individuals around you to keep you motivated, supported and inspired.

TRANSFORMING LIVES NOT JUST BODIES
When most people enquire about coaching, their number one goal is often something like 'loose weight' 'get toned' 'get rid of meno belly' 'have energy to run around with kids'. There is nothing wrong with these goals and the coaching programme does wonders for achieving these goals which are in essence centred around fat loss and muscle gain.
However to achieve these goals in a way that doesn't require big sacrifice, that feels sustainable short term and can be maintained long term, the coaching programme delves alot deeper. We work on all aspects of your health, with a big focus on mindset so we can address the triggers for previous over eating habits, emotional regulation, body image, poor relationships with food. Once we have overcome these areas, the transformations become so much deeper and life changing that just just weight loss. Clients feel FREE again. FREE to eat out, socialise, wear whatever clothes they want, go on holiday, explore new relationships and friendships, apply for new jobs, stand up for themselves and gain confidence in their abilities and worth.
So although as a coach I see some absolutely incredible physical transformations, with huge weight loss and many clothes sizes dropped, I choose not to share alot of these. By the end of my clients coaching journeys, they are so focussed on how great they feel, they often forget how much weight they've lost; it becomes just a nice by-product of the life transformation they create!
I have to be honest I was very sceptical that this programme would help me as I thought I was doing all the right things, eating healthily etc and I knew I'd put on weight because of 'bad' food choices and my age (48) but I made myself join up as I'd put it off for so long and I didn't want to be in the same place with low body confidence as I was last summer so I thought I'd got nothing to lose. It is the best thing I've done in a long time. My body shape has changed, I've lost weight and my confidence has come back so I'm not hiding under baggy jumpers. I've got a much better understanding of calories and the best thing is I've not denied the foods I enjoy I've just got a better balance. It's pushed me to be more active all without having to drastically change what I'm already doing just build on it. The program fits around my day, with 2 teenagers and working I can fit it in around being a taxi service and working, the videos are so useful and informative and I've made small changes to what I was eating so i can still enjoy our family meals without cooking lots of different things.
During the summer I was feeling really down, I felt unhappy with the way I was feeling in my clothes and in myself. Bloated, uncomfortable and no motivation at all to do anything about it! I would just eat unhealthy foods, pick all day and by the end of the day I would feel rubbish in myself, going to bed and not sleeping well at all, feeling guilty about what I had eaten or not done that day telling myself tomorrow I’ll be better, but it lasted til lunch time !! My emotions were all over the place and my head was just not in a good space! I knew I had to do something about it so I went onto Nicki’s retreat. From the retreat I then decide I wanted to continue my education into food, exercising and getting me back to feel more confident and free my mind again! So I joined up with Nicki to do the eight week course which has been the best 8weeks I had in a long time.
Listening to education videos, podcast Nicki has provided using questions from the group of people that’s are also on the programme, and using the an app that is provided helping you to track your food and allowing you to be able to lose body fat if that’s is your goal! The programme provides you with so much information, support and education it truly is mind blowing and I am one very happy lady who has changed back to the old me, confident in clothes my mind feels as though I’m floating, my sleep is amazing and I give myself so much more time enjoying my own company while I walk or do exercises or just have family time! I have learnt so much and my body has never felt so good, no more bloating and so much more energy for sure!! Really feel educated with so many different things it’s great! I truly recommend the program to anyone who is stuck in bad habits in eating, lack of mojo or just feels lost and wants to get the old self back as I truly feel like a different person!!
