Here at nPROVE Fitness, I host a wide variety of classes to help meet your specific needs, wants and enjoyment.

All classes are well planned to ensure maximum effectiveness and results on your health and fitness levels. Based on the vast amount of research and evidence highlighting the importance of strength training for life longevity, bone and muscle health, this forms an integral part to all classes.  Activities are structured so that everyone can work at their own pace and level without the worry of being left behind. I want my group exercise classes to feel supportive and encouraging, not competitive and intimidating, so no matter how much of a beginner you are, everyone should feel a sense of achievement and success at the end of the class.

About STRONGFIT

Get strong with a dedicated strength and conditioning class.

Learn how to lift weights to feel fitter, stronger and more toned. You'll use a mixture of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pulley machines, resistance machines, TRX (suspension trainer) and body weight exercises to develop full body strength and functional fitness.

You will experience how effective weight training is for body composition and fat loss goals. We'll work on any 'imbalances' you have in your strength and posture to help correct these and enable your body to work effectively, with no injuries or pains. Strengthening your muscles will also have a huge impact on reversing natural aging effects brought upon by changes in hormones levels and lifestyle changes, 

Suitable for absolute beginners and the more advanced. Your workout will be tailored to your abilities and you'll receive lots of tuition and guidance to ensure your technique is on point and you progress week on week.

About STRONGHiiT

Mixed session split into Strength Training and High Intensity Interval Training

Learn how to lift weights to feel fitter, stronger and more toned along with the added potential of fat loss. We'll be using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, pulley machines, resistance machines, TRX (suspension trainer) and body weight exercises to develop full body strength and functional fitness.

Once you have hit all our muscles groups with strength work, we will then work on your cardiovascular health by completing short bursts of exercise that are high intensity.

Suitable for absolute beginners and the more advanced. Small group sizes allow me to tailor the session to your abilities and provide lots of tuition and guidance to ensure your technique is on point and you progress week on week.

About STRONGFIT BEGINNERS

Suitable for absolute beginners. Small group sizes allow for the session to be tailored to your abilities and provide lots of tuition and guidance to ensure your technique is on point and you progress week on week.

More experienced customers are still welcome to attend and progress their strength by utilising more difficult exercise progressions provided.

About EVOLVEFIT (over 50s beginner level)

A class designed specifically for those over 50 that maybe starting to feel the negative effects that age can have on strength, fitness and body confidence. You’ll be gently introduced to the stimulus of weight training to help build back muscle, increase mobility, reduce injury pain, strengthen your bones and improve your cardiovascular health. Along the way you are likely to see big changes to your body shape, posture, confidence and abilities both in and outside the class.

About MUMFIT

Strengthen your body to help aid your post natal recovery and equip your body for life as a parent. It is the aim of the class to make you feel fitter and healthier so you can enjoy being physically active with your child(ren), to have the confidence and ability to take your pram or carrier out and about and reduce/prevent any aches and pains that can occur when lifting your baby.

We will use a combination of weights, body weight, resistance bands and weighted pulleys to target your muscles, along side some cardiovascular work to keep your heart fit and healthy. Focus will be given to ensure your core (pelvic floor, abdominals and back) are all recovering and functioning well before additional weight and load is added to movements.

I use small group sizes so that exercises can be modified specifically to you and your body, so if you have any underlying injuries or weakness, we can target these areas or potentially avoid these areas if rest is required.

All children are welcome to attend. Toys are available to help keep your little ones entertained during the session and you're welcome to stop to care for your child as much as you wish. 

About BOXSTRONG

A mixed boxing and weights based class that will improve your full body strength and cardio conditioning.  Strength exercises will complement the boxing and pad work, developing power, technique, reaction time and cardiovascular capacity week after week.

A fun and energetic workout in which you'll develop your boxing and padwork skills.
